THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS NOT AVAILABLE. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to enter into a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Harza Environmental Services of Chicago, IL to provide litigation support and expert witness testimony about landslide activities at Bob's Resort, Lake Oahe, Gettysburg, SD. Litigation support involves review of the Forest City Landslide, Potter County, South Dakota report prepared by the plaintiff's expert, for the litigation. The company is to compare the Plaintiff's report to previously completed evaluations accomplished for the Government by Harza and attend a Technical Meeting to discuss the findings of the report and evaluation performed. They will also perform a site visit with the Corps of Engineers and Department of Justice, provide depositions to the Department of Justice about the findings of the site visit, meeting and document review, prepare exhibits for presentation at the upcoming trial, and participate in the trial proceedings as a Government expert witness.
