The R&D Department, Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technology Division is seeking potential sources for a remote ordnance neutralization system (RONS). The RONS would be used to complement/augment the EOD technician when performing recon, access, render safe, pick up and carry away (RUCA), and disposal during extremely hazardous explosive ordnance missions. This announcement does not guarantee that the government will issue an RFP for a RONS. Potential offerors should submit technical data (brochures, literature, specifications, etc) sufficient enough to enable Government evaluation of the product offered. All information provided to the government related to this announcement shall be considered government property.
