The acquisition of an HC-130 Aerial Refueling Part Task Trainer (ARPTT) will provide new training capability for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). After acquisition is completed the device will be relocated to as yet an undetermined location and certified ready for training. The US Government does not have in its possession the optical alignment procedures necessary for reassembly or testing of the ARPTT. Delivery will be required during FY 96.
