Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia requires Program Management Support Services for the AEGIS Program. This acquisition includes the development of management tools and techniques to assess strategic goals and objectives, assistance in accomplishing performance objectives, the analysis of performance requirements, the development of recommendations for work plans and work breakdown structures, analysis and documentation of existing information, the application of management principles and techniques to specific technical program management issues, and maintenance and engineering services for the AEGIS financial and scheduling management information systems. Period of performance will be five (5) years (including options) commencing 1 October 1995. RFP will be released early April 1995 and will close forty five days following date of issuance. An Organizational Conflict of Interest Clause as defined by FAR 9.505-3 will be included in the RFP and resultant contract.
