The United States tank-automotive and armaments command (TACOM) is requesting infor mation on existing prototypes or proven designs for BAL listic grilles. The Army is seeking ballistic grilles that will offer improved performance in the areas of pro tection and airflow. These grilles will be used for tes ting with A view of eventually upgrading A variety of armored combat vehicles.
