Firms will be required to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to collect and transport mixed office paper, books, magazines, newspaper, shredded paper and corrugated cardboard to a recycling center. Interested firms would also be required to assist this facility in the development and maintenance of a recycled paper products program.
