The project consists of: Demolition and relocation of three small storage shacks, construction of one 1144 GSF building complete with electrical, mechanical, and energyusage control systems, paving of access roads and parking lot, exterior utilities, fenced open storage area, and compound fence work. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,00 and $500,000. This project is not a set-aside.
