Project consists of constructing an enclosure to the existing Noncommissioned Officers'/Enlisted Members (NCO/EM) Club swimming pool area to include the bath house, deck area, children's pool, and walkway to adjacent structure (future recreation center). Replace the concrete deck. Renovate the existing bath house to incllude replacement of existing benches, interior paint, replace doors, add handicapped accessible sink, shower, and restroom for male and female locker areas. Install an exterior handicapped-accessible concrete ramp at the back house entry, a hot tub, and a pool water heating system. Supporting facilities include water distribution lines, paving (resurfacing parking lot), and site improvements. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 - - Bid sets available at $23.65 for half-size and $43.15 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
