For further information call Contract Specialist Kristina Gilmore at 206-526-6379 To provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to modify the Operations Building of the National Weather Service (NWS) PTWC at Ewa Beach, (Oahu), Hawaii. The work will consist of exterior and interior demolition that includes concrete masonry (w/core cutting), GWB stud walls, aluminum sash, interior finishes as well as building mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. New construction includes concrete masonry, a concrete ramp, GWB stud walls, a suspended ceiling, a computer floor, insulating sash, building insulation, interior finishes as well as plumbing, air handling and electrical systems work. This facility is owned and operated by the Government. NOTE: This facility is required to be operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All demolition will take place outside of normal working hours: 7:00AM -4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Estimated start date is July 1, 1995. All work is to be completed within 105 days after award or 45 days after start of work. A Pre-Bid conference is tentatively scheduled for April 25, 1995. The estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
