Z -- REPAIR BATHROOMS AT MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING AT DOVER AIRFORCE BASE, DELAWARE SOL F07603-95-B8207 DUE 042695 POC Contact Sgt Tony Gallman, 302-677-5209. This project consists essentially of but is not limited to the repair of bathrooms at the Military Family Housing, Eagle Meadows, Dover Air Force, Delaware. Work will include removal and disposal of gypsum wall board with asbestos containing spackling compound and some asbestos flooring and replace with new. Remove and install new medicine cabinet, light fixture, switches, bathtub and surround, mixing valve, bath and shower fittings, heating diffuser, curtain rod, etc. Painting and applying vinyl wall covering will be required. This is an indefinite delivery type contract. Estimated contract performance period is 365 calendar days with one (1) initial year with two (2) option years with a magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1799. This solicitation is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns.
