Robb (410) 278-2024 (Site Code DAAD05) U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase four (4) each Faceblank Molds (x-small, small, medium and large), three (3) each Nosecup Molds (small, medium and large), and three (3) each Second Skin Molds (small, medium and large). The protective mask is being developed for use by the Army aviator. The mask shall be produced from tooling that has been proven to work, in house. This effort shall be to produce the single cavity Technical Data Package (TDP) production level tooling by duplicating the single cavity Master Pattern (MP) tools. The Government shall provide the MP tooling, tool drawings for the MP tooling, sketches of and point data for the inspection areas, calibrated fixturing plates and piece parts from each cavity for all of the MP tools.
