S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is providing assistance to Ukraine in support of the Lisbon Initiative Priority 2, ''Establishment of Regulatory Training Program.'' The contractor shall provide all the equipment, supplies and services required to establish this regulatory training program. Equipment and supplies include, but is not limited to a video recording and playback system, sound system, overhead projector, pen size laser pointers, desktop scanner, laptop computer, computer printer, and consumables. Services shall include, but is not limited to, burn-in, delivery, installation, integration, testing, basic operations training, and onsite maintenance. Proposals for this requirement may be submitted by all concerns, i.e., large businesses, small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
