89 -- SUPPLY AND DELIVER SUBSISTENCE ITEMS FOR MEALS TO VARIOUS ILLINOIS ARMY NATIONAL GUARD UNITS Contact Point, CW2 Michele Greiner, Contracting Officer, at (217)785-3661. The Illinois National Guard desires an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for delivery of subsistence items to approxximately 55 unit locations throughout the State on a monthly bais. Subsistence items to be provided are in accordance with a fourteen day menu that includes an ingredients list. Evaluation criteria are (in descending order of importance): (1) types of food items available, (2) ability to delivery to required locations, (3) delivery time after receipt of order, (4) price of a sample delivery order to be provided, (5) packaging (may require breaking down of cases, etc.), (6) guarantee/exchange. Contract performance period will be one year from date of award with options for up to four successive years. A preproposal conference may be scheduled at a later date.
