This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) basis. Support required will be technical and engineering support to the Systems Simulation and Development Directorate in the performance of its overall mission for the Research, Development, and Engineering Center of the U.S. Army Missile Command.
