The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Atlantic Ranges and Facilities Department Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Division has a requirement for technical, engineering, operations and maintenance support services. This effort involves providing specialized technical and engineering services to manage, operate and maintain the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)/ Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) laboratories, a Shielded Hangar, the Naval Electromagnetic Radiation Facility (NERF), and the Aircraft Anechoic Test Facility (AATF) all of which support the test and evaluation of various aircraft, aircraft systems, and components. This is a competitive, negotiated acquisition. The Government intends to use the ''Greatest Value Analysis'' in awarding this contract. The request for proposal will contain the contract terms, scope of work, and the proposal submittal requirements. Contract term is 4 months, with options to renew four one-year terms, and a fifth option for 8 months (total not-to-exceed five calendar years). The estimated annual number of hours is 27,800. A security classification of SECRET is required for performance of this contract, except for Maintenance Technicians and Laborers which require a security classification of CONFIDENTIAL. This contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 8711 with a $20 million small business size standard.
