Actuarial Valuation of the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Unemployment Compensation, Assets/Property, General Liability, Aero Hull, and Aero Liability programs as of September 30, 1994, for the Directorate of Force Management and Personnel, Air Force Services Agency, San Antonio, TX. The objective of the actuarial valuation will be to determine the actuarial liability of the programs' reserves (liabilities) as of 30 September 1994. All reports and valuations performed must be certified by an actuary who is a fellow of the Casualty Actuary Society (FCAS) and who is a Member of the American academy of Actuaries (MAAA). Offerors must have document that it has performed casualty actuarial valuations on firms having over 100 locations world-wide and whose employee population is at least 30,000 full and part-time employees. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government.
