The term of the base contract is 365 calendar days after the contractor receives Notice to Proceed and may be extended by two one-year options. Estimated construction cost (inclusive of options) is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1721 and the small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
