Project consists of constructing a 2300 SF office building of reinforced concrete strip footings, foundation walls and floor slabs; exterior walls of combination face brick and applied texture finish system with CMU back-up; metal standing-seam roofing on steel joists; interior partition walls of gypsum board on metal studs; windows, vinyl wall covering; suspended ceiling system; metal and wood doors; packaged heating and cooling system; and electrical and plumbing services. Project is not subject to statutory limitations. Construction magnitude $250,000 - $500,000. Performance time will be 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 Mar 95. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Due to voluminous size of bid package, distribution in accordance with FAR 5.102 is impractical. Local contractors must pick up bid package at the Contracting Office, 300 East College Avenue, Bldg 102, Room 102 between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00AM, Monday thru Friday.
