Center/Norfolk Detachment Washington D.C. has a requirement in support
of the Naval Bureau Personnel to relocate on e high security housing
unit from Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida, to the Naval Training
Center, Great Lakes, Illinois. The contractor is required to provide
all manpower, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and tools needed to
disconnect, dismantle, wrap/package, transport, reassemble, and bring
the relocated high security housing unit fully on line with all systems
fully operational. This includes but is not limited to fire
monitoring/reporting, locking, air conditioning, security, electrical,
and electric and water supply systems. This requirement must be
completed by 01 July 1995. All work must be performed as described in
the manufacturer's specifications and drawings. This proposed contract
is being considered as a 100 percent set-aside for small business
concerns, as defined by clause 52.219-6 of the Federal Acquisition
Regulation. SIC code 1799 applies. The small business size standard for
