Del. to Telecommunications and Information Systems Command, Alexandria, VA. Licensing is required to manufacture these parts from Collins Avionics and Communications Division. All potential offerors must demonstrate the capability to meet the OEM parts specifications. Government Furnished Property must be warranted by the contractor against potential design defects in the direct drive blowers which may cause damage to Government-Furnished Property. All interested parties must submit a Capabilities Statement that sufficiently describes their qualifications, capabilities, and ability to comply with specifications without infringement on any patents or copyrights. This notice is not a solicitation nor is a formal Request for Proposal available. In the absence of responses from firms which believe they have the capability to perform this requirement, Coast Guard intends to negotiate with Collins Avionics and Communications Division, Cedar Rapids, IA. for the parts required under FAR 6.302-1(B)(1)(ii).
