Contracting Officer THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO
AWARD to Precise Power Corporation, P.O. Box 9547, Bradenton, Florida
for the purchase of two rotary power conditioning systems (RPCS). Firms
having the capability of providing RPCS which meet the following
technical requirements are invited to submit technical manuals and
information to the procuring office listed above within 15 calendar
days after notice. Technical requirements are: Must be of the rotary
type, consisting of an alternating current driven motor, that
mechanically drives alternating current output generator. The output
shall be totally electrical isolated from the input. Shall provide
output power at the specified voltage within +/-5% of nominal and
frequency within +/-0.2% Hz of nominal. Able to supply overload
conditions for short periods of time up 125% of rated load. Must be
able to provide a minimum 15 second ''RIDE-THROUGH'' at full load upon
loss of input power to the PCS. Upon failure of the PCS or overload,
the unit will be automatically bypassed without power interruption to
the load, must be able to bypass PCS manually without interruption to
the load. Written responses, including GSA contract number, prices and
technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the
requirement must be received by this office within 15 calendar days
after notice. If no affirmative resonses are received within this time
to determine that a source more advantageous to the Governement is
available, an award will be madd with the above named vendor. A request
for a solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response;
however, if issuance of a solicitation is determined to be appropriate,
you will be icluded on the bidder's mailing list. Responses to this
notice will be used to determine whether a formal solicitation is
appropriate. Responses/requests for proposal must state that the vendor
is not currently on the consolidated list of Debarred, Suspended and
Ineligible Contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government
