Written responses must contain complete pricing information and sufficient tecnical documentation to verify compliance with stated requirement as well as terms and conditions of stated GSA contract, and a copy of the current GSA contract if applicable. Responses should contain firm fixed prices for the equipment. This is not a RFP or an annoncement of a forthcoming solicitation; no contract award will be made in the basis of any responses to this notice. Request for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. If no affirmative responses are received by 4:30 P.M. CST within 15 days after the publication of this notice which clearly demonstrates the firm's ability to supply all required equipment, a Delivery Order will be issued to Digital Equipment Corporation under the applicable GSA contract. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analysing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule holder and all firms that responded to this synopsis of intent or otherwise requests a copy of a solicitation. (0059)
