Issue date for the solicitation will be on or about 6 Mar 95. Closing date for the solicitation will be on or about 25 Apr 95. A Preproposal conference will be held on 27 Mar 95, at the Stouffer Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, located at 202 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD. Directions may be obtained by contacting the Hotel at (410) 547-1200. Additional details on the conference will be provided in the solicitation package. The Government will be obligated to place with the contractor a minimum of $1,965,000 through the issuance of one (1) or more delivery orders. The work is to be performed in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division consisting of ME, NH, MA, CN, VT, RI, NY, PA, DE, NJ, MD, VA, WV, and Washington DC. The subcontracting goals for this contract are that a minimum of 40% of the planned subcontracting dollars to be placed with small business concerns, a minimum of 10% of the planned subcontracting dollars to be placed with small dis-advantaged business concerns, and 5% of the planned subcontracting dollars to be placed with women owned business concerns.
