Collins, (301) 619-2383, or, Contracting Officer, George J. Bauman, Jr., (301)619-2369 These services will be for performance of phlebotomy on volunteers as indicated by each protocol. Contractor shall obtain and record pertinent information concerning volunteers including temperatures, blood pressure and EKG. The contractor shall explain studies and vaccines to volunteers, maintain accurate records for each volunteer and assume strict confidentiality. Contractor shall organize and document volunteer information for Government Forms. Services will require coordinating with the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and ordering appropriate laboratory tests concerning each study. Contractor shall review laboratory data and alert investigators concerning abnormal reports.(0059)
