R -- READJUSTMENT COUNSELING SERVICES SOL 660-016-95 DUE 040895 POC Contact Point, Dee Simonich, (801)584-1246 Provide readjustment counseling services for Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center, Provo, Utah, and Medical Center Salt Lake City, Utah for Unintah and Duchense Counties, including the communities of Vernal and Roosevelt and the Unitah and Ouray Indian Reservation. Washington, Garfield, Kane and Iron Counties, including the communities of St. George, Panquitch, Kanab and Cedar City, Utah. Contractor will furnish readjustment counseling service by licensed social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other qualified counselors individually or in groups to eligible veterans referred by VA Staff for social, psychological or behavioral difficulties specifically related to the post-war readjustment to civilian life.
