This is the initial synopsis in which sources are sought for the project - Maintenance and Repair of Military Family Housing on Bolling AFB, DC. The requested service consists of Customer Service, Maintenance Management, and Logistics for 1,388 units. Customer Service shall include a service call function capable of providing 40 hour/week service and coverage on nights, weekends and holidays, to receive requirements and schedule work. Data Management collects data necessary to provide records and reports. Maintenance Management consists of Work Force Management and Change of Occupancy Management (COM). Work Force Management function controls maintenance, repair, and minor alterations (Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Painting and Appliance). Repair and Recurring Maintenance consists of Inspections, Mechanics, Structural, and Protective Coating. COM, a lateral branch of Maintenance Management, includes Maintenance (Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechnical, and Carpet Replacement), (Refinishing, Interior Painting, Exterior painting and Wallpaper) and Cleaning. Logistics includes Material and Equipment Support, U-Fix-It Store (Operation and Issue), Engraving and name signs. All interested concerns should provide the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, points of contact and contract numbers). Also provide the size standard of your firm. Identify whether status of your firm is Small business, Small Disadvantaged business, 8(a), or large business. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB). If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. (0059)
