Multidiscipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Order (Open-End) Contract which will hava a monetary limit of $750,000 per year with a minimum of $5,000 and one, 1-year option. Individual orders ranging up to $150,000 may be issued against the basic contract to include investigations, studies, surveys, and masterplanning with subsequent production of plans, drawings, estimates, reports, presentations, and specifications for selected projects. Typical work may involve (but is not limited to) structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, comprehensive plans, fact finding studies, surveys, investigations, interior designs, developing design criteria, remedial action plans for hazardous waste clean-up, exterior landscape design and other professional A-E Services not necessarily connected with a specific construction project. Some of this work may involve sensitive information requiring appropriate safeguards. Selection of firm will be evaluated on the following criteria: (1) Professional qualifications in the necessary disciplines; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence; (3) Capacity of the firm to perform the work in a timely manner; (4) Past performance; (5) Location of the design producing elements of the firm in the geopgraphical area and the location of branch offices within the Continental US; (6) volume of work previously awarded by the Department of Defense to the firm. This procuremet is Unrestricted.
