Project consists of removal of competing vegetation on an estimated 142 acres around crop trees in recently planted conifer plantations. Unwanted vegetation shall be removed by pulling, grubbing, and cutting with the use of hand tools. The vegetation will be removed at a four foot radius, 200 and 300 trees per acre. Work is to be performed for the Salmon River Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Contract time 23 calendar days.
