Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform routine Drydock Vessel Maintenance including, but not limited to, the following definite items: (1) Service Both Onboard CPP Sys Hub Asssys, (2) Overhaul Stern Tube Seals, (3) Preserve Transducer Hull Rings/Renew Depth Indicator Transducers, (4) Renew Radar Pedestal, (5) Remove/Inspect/Reinstall Rudder Assys, (6) Clean/Inspect Sewage and Grey Water Collection and Holding Tanks, and Preserve, (7) Clean/Inspect/Disinfect Potable Water Tanks, (8) Provide Temporary Logistics, (9) Routine Drydocking, (10) Renew Corrosion Preventive Zinc Anodes, (11) Overhaul Anchors/Chains, (12) Modify JP-5 Sys, (13) Remove High Pressure Compressed Air System, (14) Renew Rope Guards, (15) Clean/Inspect Diesel Fuel Tanks, (16) Renew Evaporator Shell, (17) Reconstruct Galley Service Hoist Cage, (18) Erect Staging, (19) Preserve Antenna/Foundations/Freeboard/Superstructure, (20) Install New Deck Covering, (21) Overhaul Sterring Ram, (22) Strengthen Main Deck, (23) Overhaul Anchor Windless Assys, (24) Install Permanent P-250 Suction Line, (25) Repair Rudder Lower Bearing Housing, etc. Option Items include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Welding Repairs, (2) Renew Bearing Staves, (3) Reserve U/W Body, (4) Preserve Sewage/Grey Water Collection/Holding Tanks, (5) Ultrasonic Testing, (6) Overhaul/Renew/Test Valves, (7) Remove/Dispose/Provide Fuel Oil, (8) Provide Temporary Berthing, etc. A charge of $100.00 is required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at building 400N, Governors Island, NY. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 24 Mar 95. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
