A contract for general repairs to the mechanical, electrical and piping systems of M/V Cape Orlando. All work to be accomplished at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco, Ca. Performance period will be 45 days. Any interested firm may request a copy of the solicitation for work on this vessel and all responsible offerors may submit bids which shall be considered by the agency. The Maritime Administration requires that to be eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of the Marad Master Lum Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept the MLSRA with their bid; non holders shall provide all annual representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA. Current holders of MARAD's QML SA/SRA Agreement may accept the MLSRA with their bid.
