The requirement is for a 9 - 10 month transition period with five (5) option periods of one (1) year each for health care delivery. Start-work date is scheduled for November 01, 1996. The contract will be a firm fixed-price. Offeror will be required to develop region wide networks of health care providers. Area of coverage includes the states of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and the Texas Panhandle in Region 7; and Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah in Region 8. Formal source selection procedures will be used with competitive proposals. A pre-proposal conference will be held in the Denver, CO area prior to the solicitation closing.
