The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, non-emergent transportation, medical supplies, drugs, equipment, facilities, and malpractice insurance to provide outpatient services to eligible Indian Health Service beneficiaries residing in the Monument Valley, Utah area. Outpatient Services will consist of preventive, curative and rehabilitative services. A single award will be made in accordance with the Indian Health Service Payment Policy entitled ``Reimbursement Rates for Health Care Services Authorized Under the Indian Health Service Regulations,'' published in the Federal Register on June 30, 1986. Interested offerors are to request for RFP M95-0029/AS, opening on April 6, 1995. Anticipated award will be for a twelve month period, with 4-one year option periods. (059)
