The National Emergency Training Center, National Fire Academy (NFA) has a requirement for the design and development of a course to be entitled ``Strategic Management of Change.'' The contractor shall be required to design, develop, pilot and finalize al course materials. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be from the date of award through June 30, 1996. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about March 17, 1995 with a closing date of April 18, 1995.
