The addition shall consist of 400 SF constructed to class ''A'' vault standards and 2,000 SF constructed to class ''B'' standards. The remaining constructed space shall consist of typical office oriented construction and finishes for a building of this operation and function. The project will require some renovation to the existing facility to marry the addition and existing together as well as the demolition of an existing abandoned coal bunker and associated dumping ramp. The existing facility is expected to remain in operation during the construction period. ECC is between $1 million and $5 million. Time of completion is 270 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
