The First Article Test Report by 383 days ADC, delivery of 18 each to
New Cumberland by ADC, at a rate of 6 each per month beginning 778 days
ADC. Delivery without First Article would begin 365 days ADC at 6 each
per month. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business
concerns. This procurement requires prequalification. Contractors who
desire to be prequalified must submit qualification documentation in
accordance with procedures contained in Section L of the solicitation.
This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government
does own specifications and drawings, however, it is restricted to the
following approved source(s) The Purdy Corp., 586 Hilliard St.,
Manchester, CT 06040; Imperial Tooling & MFG Inc., 941 E Ave G,
Arlington, TX 76011. Firms that recognize and can produce the required
item described above are encourged to identify themselves to the
Contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence which will permit
their participation in the current or future solicitations. All
responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which shall be
