This procurement is for portable toxic gas analyzers which shall be capable of responding to emergencies associated with the movement of Ukrainian missiles as required by the Strategic Nuclear Arms Elimination (SNAE) Agreement of the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program. This request for proposal (RFP) calls for ten (10) Unsymmetrical Dimethyl Hydrazine (UDMH) Portable Toxic Gas Analyzers and ten (10) Nitrogen Tetroxide (N204) Portable Toxic Gas Analyzers. Each item of equipment shall have its own set of spares and consumables based on a total annual use of five hundred (500) hours. Operation and Maintenance manuals will be required to be in Russian and English.
