Contracting Officer, ISABEL ROMAN-COGSWELL at (202)433-2855 This requirement is to provide for the maintenance and repair services for the Naval Communications Processing and Routing system (NAVCOMPARS) U1100 Attached Virtual Processor (AVP) and Distributed Communications Processor (DCP) 50 systems located under Naval Computer and Telecommunications (NCTAMS) LANT, Norfolk, VA; NCTAMS EASTPAC, Honolulu, HI; NCTAMS WESTPAC, Guam; NCTAMS MED, Naples, Italy; and the Naval Telecommunications Center (NTCC) North Island, Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA. Maintenance and repair services are also provided for the DCO 15 and Local Digital Message Exchange (LDMX) system at Joint Interoperability Test Command, Information Systems Test Command, Information Systems Test Division, Naval Communications Detachment Cheltenham, Washington, DC. Both on-call maintenance and per-call maintenance will be required, each requiring a two (2) hour response time. Software support shall include, but not limited to, technical support of contractor provided modifications or revisions, installation, and maintenance of software. The contractor will be required to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance prior to an award of the contract. The term of the contract will be a base year and four, one year options with and additional option to extend services for six months past the life of the contract.
