Required period of performance is April 1995 through November 1995. This effort is to be procured from the system development contractor, NIDA Corporation, 300 South John Rodes Blvd, Melbourne, Florida 32904. The government does not have the specifications and required configurations. NIDA Corp is the only source available for this procurement. Authority and justification is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source. NIDA is the only source who possesses the configuration, specification, software, data communications, memory and required storage. Respondents to this notice should submit within 15 days after publication in CBD, a statement of capability to determine their responsibility. No RFP is available. Please note, if evaluation of a source submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time to meet government requirements, award of the subject requirement may continue since the time required for approval of a new source is such that award cannot be delayed pending approval.
