70 -- SOFTWARE LICENSES SOL ATD-124-PM-95/0360 POC Contact, Pam McDonald, 205/544-3307 Computer Sciences Corporation intends to issue a delivery order against Oracle Corporation's GSA Contract No. GS00K94AGS6244 for the following software licenses: Oracle SQL*Forms 4 Run Time for 64 concurrent users, Oracle SQL*Reports 2 Run Time for 64 concurrent users, Oracle SQL*Plus for 64 concurrent users, Oracle SQL*NET TCP/IP for 64 concurrent users and one Oracle Glue. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this notice of intent to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered nonresponsive to this notice of intent. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice of intent. A determination by CSC not to compete this procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice of intent, is solely within the discretion of CSC. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, CSC may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this notice of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
