The system shall be capable of producing solicitation/award documents using Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Department of Energy Acquisition Letters, and 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 600 (Financial Assistance Instruments).
