Kinesix Software utilizes proprietary technology in the design of the Sammi software upgrades. This proposed action is one in which the Government intends to solicit only one responsible source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. This proposed action is supported by a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Interested parties may however identify in writing to the Contracting Officer their interest and ability to meet the Government's requirements. All responses submitted within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
