C -- A/E SERVICES AT NWS EARLE SOL 95-B-4224 DUE 040695 POC Contact Point, Mr. Rick Rahman at 908-866-2396 Scope of Services: This project is unrestricted and involves services for an indefinite quantity type contract for the study, investigation and preparation of facilities support contracts. The projects for the resultant contract will be as follows: Pier Boiler Plant Operation, Maintenance & Repair. Significant evaluation factors (in order of importance): 1. Specialized experience of the firm to perform the following type of work required. a) CA Cost analysis b) Facilities support contract preparation including QA plan and detailed cost estimates. 2. Professional qualifications of the staff to be assigned to the projects. 3. Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the contemplated work within the required time frame of approximately 90 days (April 95 to July 95). 4. Past performance with respect to quality of work and compliance with performance schedules (with emphasis on work with Department of Defense Facilities support contracts. Type of Contract: Indefinite Quantity. Estimates Start Date: April 1995. Estimated Completion Date: July 1995. A/E firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit completed Standard Forms 254 (unless already on file) and 255, U. S. Government Architect-Engineer Qualification, to the office shown below. Firms responding to this announcement by 06 April 1995 will be considered. Firms having a current SF 254 on file with this office will also be considered. See Note 62. Respondents may supplement this proposal with graphic material and photographics which best demonstrate design capabilities of the team proposed for the project. No materials submitted will be returned. This is not a request for proposal. Subject to necessary changes, the total fee that may be paid under this contract will not exceed $100,000.00 per year.
