Aldridge, (215)897-5456 The FISC Norfolk Det. Philadelphia, is soliciting for offers to provide SOFTWARE ENGINEERING SERVICES in support of the Naval Sea Logistics Center, Mechanicsburg, PA. The Contractor shall provide Software Engineering Services including the Design, Development and Implementation of Modifications to Source Code for the Mandarin for Windows Authoring System. The Solo for Windows Lofargram Generation Software, and the Solo-Mandarin Gram Generation Tool Kit in support of the Development of AN/SQQ-89(V) Operator and Maintenace Training Interactive Curricula at Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center, Pacific (FLEASWTRACENPAC) San Diego, CA. and other Shipboard Tactical/Engineering Systems Integrated in the Combat Systems Package. The proposed effort will commence on 01 May 1995 and will run through 31 October 1995. This effort will be covered by a modification to the existing contract. The eventual conract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Marconi Command and Control International under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Marconi is the only known source with access to the required source codes for their commercially developed software. The Government WILL NOT PAY for information received.
