Clean and gas-free tanks and bilges from vessels at berth or drydock at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, Curtis Bay, MD 21226, as required. Services to be provided include pumping off and crediting for reusable fuels and lubricating oils. Certification of gas-free conditions must be made by a marine chemist. Bilge cleaning services are also required as follows: Remove and dispose of waste and/or contaminated sludge oil, fuel, other contaminated liquids, and all debris. The contract will be awarded for a one year period. The solicitation will include an option for one additional year of service. Delivery - F.O.B.
