Field and analytical support for the preparation and launch of the Blank Brant family of rockets at the White Sands Missile Range. Services shall include, but are not limited to: solid propellant rocket motor preparation; thrust termination system installation and inspection; igniter housing installation; payload recovery system inspection and assembly; payload guidance and ground support; procedure maintenance; and explosive certification. A complete statement of work will be issued with the solicitation. The estimated level of effort for this procurement is 4 manyears per year. The anticipated period of performance is November 1, 1995 through October 31, 1996. Two, two year option periods through October 31, 2000 are also expected.
