O'Sullivan, (215)897-5462 The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to issue a modification on a Full and Open Competitive basis, for the Leasing of Motion Pictures for the Department of the Navy. This anticipated contracting action consists of extending the period of performance from 30 April 1995 to 30 September 1995 of the following contracts - N00140-93-D-CC52, CC53, CC54, CC55, CC57, CC58, CC59, CC60, CC61, CC62, CC63, CC64, CC68, CC71, CC88, CC93, CC95, CC56, and N00140-94-D-CC12. The leased films are for use ashore and afloat by the Navy, Marine Corps, Cost Guard and ships of the Military Sealift Command and designated ships of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. The acquired films must be furnished in the following formats: (1) 8MM videocassettes; (2) 16MM prints, standard picture process, color, printed on estar base film stock; and (3) a limited number of 35MM prints. This requirement is part of the Navy's Motion Picture Licensing Program. The selection of films and orders to be placed under the specified current contracts will be made by the Officer in Charge and or Executive Director of the Navy Motion Picture Service, New Rochelle, NY. The estimated quantity is six (6) new feature pictures, and two (2) classics/tape features. The applicable Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 7822. SYN # 230. (0061)
