A) Group Headquarters Building, construct a 25,000 SF administration building (to consist of two buildings joined by an entry vestibule) main building to be approximately 20,000 SF of offices, conference rooms, testing and printing rooms, and has interior court yards, electrical power, refrigerated air HVAC, telecommunications. The command center will be approximately 6,000 SF with safe storage and secure areas, training and offices, utilities similar to main building, site improvements include natural gas, water, electrical power, sewage, landscaping, paved drives and parking areas. Telecommunications building to consist of CMU block walls, steel roof and wall framing, standing seam metal roof. B) Medical Training Facility, construct 3,500 SF building to house classrooms, offices, administrative storage, etc., utilities and site development similar to A) above Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 60.3% for small business, 9.8% for small disadvantaged business, and 2.9% for small business/woman-owned. A firm that submits a plan with lesser goals must submit written rationale to support goals submitted.
