These structures are adjacent to a water inlet. Contractor shall be accredited by the Maryland Department of the Environment Lead Compliance Division. Contractor shall furnish a pre-engineered metal canopy and siding for building 16. Building 15 reroofing shall consist of an elastomeric coating system designed for application over an existing corrugated cement asbestos and metal roof. The roofing system shall include the manufacturer's standard reinforcing membrane, sealant and coating capable of bridging lap joints and self flashing numerous penetration in the existing roof. This requirement is issued pursuant to the small business demonstration program. It is open to both large and small business participants. the sic code is 1541.
