removal and disposal of lead paint coated metal siding, lead paint
coated wood structures, and removal of lead paint from the main steel
structure for building 16. These structures are adjacent to a water
inlet. Contractor shall be accredited by the Maryland Department of the
Environment Lead Compliance Division. Contractor shall furnish a
pre-engineered metal canopy and siding for building 16. Building 15
reroofing shall consist of an elastomeric coating system designed for
application over an existing corrugated cement asbestos and metal roof.
The roofing system shall include the manufacturer's standard
reinforcing membrane, sealant and coating capable of bridging lap
joints and self flashing numerous penetration in the existing roof.
This requirement is issued pursuant to the small business demonstration
program. It is open to both large and small business participants. the
sic code is 1541. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and 500,000.

prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT bonding assistance program
enable firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on
the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available
under the DOT short term lending program (STLP) at prime interest rates
to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
