Z -- RENOVATION OF BUILDING E2330 SOL DAAD05-95-B-0029 DUE 041795 POC Contract Specialist Susan Houck (410) 278-2398 (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment for the renovation of Building E2330 in the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-5001. Work shall be performed by the contractor in strict accordance with Specifications A639-94. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and disposition of twelve metal sliding doors and concrete ramps; concrete ramps and pads; two manually-operated roll-up doors; two personnel doors; concrete masonry units; mechanical room; concrete berm; concrete topping on the existing floor; gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks; oil-fired, hot-air furnace; CBR system; electric compressor; extend existing over head primary electrical service to the building; fire alarm system. This project is within a secure area. Contractor and personnel must be able to obtain the necessary security clearance and identification to work on this project. Contractor shall provide services for the detection of UXO. This solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Government anticipates an award of a firm fixed price type contract. Contract performance period is 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
