There will be provisions for a make up air unit for heating and cooling of the kitchen area of the child development center. A new structural platform and condenser with pad will be required to support the make up air unit. Also required: HVAC duct modifications, electrical branch circuit modifications, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is ---- and the industry small business size standard (----- Million) are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range: $25,000 to $100,000. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
